ORDER OF PUBLICATION CIRCUIT COURT OF RALEIGH COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: PETITION OF RACHELLE SHAWNETTE CARTER FOR THE ADOPTION OF PRESLEY ALAYA NECOLE NEWSOM AND THAT THE NAME OF SAID CHILD CHANGE PRESLEY ALAYA NECOLE CARTER CASE NO.: 16-A-56-B TO: Anyone claiming to be the father of Presley Alaya Necole Newsom It appearing to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Raleigh, West Virginia, sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural father of Presley Alaya Necole Newsom and permit Rachelle Shawnette Carter to adopt Presley Alaya Necole Newsom further appearing that the whereabouts of the natural father has not been established; it is ORDERED that the natural father shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on or before the 2nd day of November, 2016, at 2:30 p.m. and object or make other defense to the Petition, if they so desire, otherwise the paternal rights of said natural father of Presley Alaya Necole Newsom be terminated.
