Sealed bids will be received by the Ohio County Commission for the purchase of 3 types of rifles. (1) Sig Sauer MCX 5.56 caliber, 16″ barrel, folding/collapsible stock – quantity up to 11 and (2) Sig Sauer 5.56 caliber, 16″ barrel, collapsible stock – quantity up to 12 and (3) Sig Sauer SIG716 DMR, 7.62 NATO, 18″ barrel – quantity up to 2. Bids will be submitted to: The Ohio County Commission, ATTN: Sheriff’s Rifle Bid, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003. Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after closing time.
