FOR BIDS
The City of Wheeling will receive sealed bids for one (1) refuse truck and cab/chassis. In the office of the City Manager of the City of Wheeling, on Tuesday @ 2:00 p.m. February 17, 2015, at which time they will publicly opened and read aloud.
The City of Wheeling has the right to reject any/or all bids and to waive any defects in the specifications.
Bid is to be addressed to the City Manager of the City of Wheeling. The envelope shall be marked refuse truck.
Specifications and blank bid forms can be obtained in the Finance Department, City-County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 109, Wheeling, WV 26003.
