BIDS The Town of Gauley Bridge will be accepting sealed bids on the Old Miller House Property. Bids may be mailed or dropped off at Town Hall during normal business hours from Sept. 19 – 23. The property is currently labeled as dilapidated property. This is being sold as property only, the bidder must be able to remove the existing building within 90 days of closing to receive a clear deed. The bidder must calculate the cost of removal when placing a bid. The Town of Gauley Bridge reserves the right to refuse any or all bids. 9-14-WED-1-MH; L 177
