The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of JONICA VOLTZ f/k/a, JONICA ICE, biological mother and custodian of infant C.L., whose date of birth is February 13, 2000 and GREGORY VOLTZ aka J.R. VOLTZ, stepfather and custodian of infant C.L., whose date of birth is February 13, 2000.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that JONICA VOLTZ f/k/a, JONICA ICE, biological mother and custodian of infant C.L., whose date of birth is February 13, 2000 and GREGORY VOLTZ aka J.R. VOLTZ, stepfather and custodian of infant C.L., whose date of birth is February 13, 2000, have used and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant C.L., whose date of birth is February 13, 2000. It is ORDERED that JONICA VOLTZ f/k/a/ JONICA ICE and GREGORY VOLTZ aka J.R. VOLTZ is notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and she is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable James P. Mazzone, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 31st day of October, 2016 at 1:15 p.m. for an Disposition Hearing if they so desires to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, parental rights of JONICA VOLTZ f/k/a, JONICA ICE, biological mother and custodian of infant C.L., whose date of birth is February 13, 2000 and GREGORY VOLTZ aka J.R. VOLTZ, stepfather and custodian of infant C.L., whose date of birth is February 13, 2000, may be terminated.
