Separate, sealed bids will be received by the Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling, 11 Community Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 until 1:30PM/EST on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2016 for the following project:

or obtained through the office of the Architect, Shaeffer & Madama, Inc., 57 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 upon receipt of deposit. Any unsuccessful bidder returning hardcopy documents within ten (10) consecutive calendar days following the bid opening in good, reusable condition will be refunded their $100.00 deposit less postage. Non-bidders will not receive a refund. A CD containing Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained from the Architect for a $25.00 non-refundable payment.
The Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling may consider informal any bid not prepared in accordance with the provisions of this advertisement and/or the specifications and may waive any informality or reject any and all bids. The contract will be awarded following HUD approval.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 9:00AM/EST on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2016. Interested parties are to meet at the Project Site, 601 Main Street, Wheeling, WV.
