The object of the above entitled action is for Hilary Ann Freeland to legally change his/her name to Hilary Ann Villanova. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Hilary Ann Freeland to Hilary Ann Villanova.
A hearing shall be on the 28th day of October, 2016 at 9am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
