The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of CHARLES PIPER, biological father of infants D.P., whose date of birth is October 24, 2012 and L.P., whose date of birth is June 18, 2014, and sometimes custodian of infant J.F., whose date of birth is October 13, 2009.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that CHARLES PIPER, biological father of infants D.P., whose date of birth is October 24, 2012 and L.P., whose date of birth is June 18, 2014, and sometimes custodian of infant J.F., whose date of birth is October 13, 2009, has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants J.F., whose date of birth is October 13, 2009, D.P., whose date of birth is June 18, 2014, and D.P., whose date of birth is October 24, 2012. It is ORDERED that CHARLES PIPER is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable James P. Mazzone, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 15th day of November, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, parental rights of CHARLES PIPER, biological father of infants D.P., whose date of birth is October 24, 2012 and L.P., whose date of birth is June 18, 2014, and custodial rights of infant J.F., whose date of birth is October 13, 2009, may be terminated.
