ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEMOLITION
Please take notice that as a result of inspections taking place on 4/27/2015 and 8/26/2016 by J.M. Bennett, Town of Alderson’s Chief of Police, pursuant to the Municipal Code Town of Alderson Municipal Ordinances Chapter 39 B, determined that the structure located on the following property is unsafe and constitutes a public health hazard, and hereby ORDERS that the same be repaired, altered, improved, removed, or demolished within 30 days:

The Town’s previous attempts to reach the current owner by registered mail and all other means, while diligent, failed to elicit any response or action from the current owner has proved to be unsuccessful. Should the current owner fail to comply with this ORDER within the time frame specified, the Town will commence demolition of the structure. Any costs, after the sale of any and all salvaged material is credited to the account, shall be a lien against the above referenced property.
