Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Com-mission will meet Monday, October 17, 2016 at 5 PM in regular session in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber locat-ed in Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street West, Lewisburg, WV.
Agenda:
1.  Call to Order
2.  Approval of Minutes: September 12, 2016.
3. Public Hearing: Michael Stentz, 223 South Court Street, painting house.
4. Public Hearing: Aaron Huffman, 324 Lafayette Street, new roof, siding and dormers.
5.  Public Hearing: John Knight,
137 N Lafayette Street, sunroom addition.
6.  Public Hearing: Damian Huff
455 Randolph Street, demolition of the garage, build garage apartment.
7. Public Hearing: Van James 210 West Randolph Street, build a pergola, exterior siding, repair front port roof with shingles as on the roof stripping wood paint off the house and repaint.
8. Chuck Smith, Lewisburg United Methodist Church, painting windows, door and the sign on the parking lot side of the building same color as original color.
625 Lafayette Street, Virginia Blackburn , temporary wheelchair ramp (6 month time limit.)
