REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority is soliciting sealed bids for a 2017 3/4 ton pickup Truck to be delivered to Greenbrier Recycle Center, 450 Monroe Ave, Ronceverte, WV 24970. Bids must be received no later than 6 PM November 8, 2016.
Truck shall meet the following at a minimum:
1. New/unused 2017 model 4X4 with 8 foot bed.
2. Regular cab with power windows and HD Vinyl.
3. Large V8 gas engine with automatic transmission.
4. 4.10 gear Ratio.
5. Complete towing package, bumper pull, factory installed 5th wheel/goose-neck package.
6. Folding trailer tow mirrors, Trailer Brake Control.
7. Spray in Bed Liner.
8. Minimum Towing capacity of 16,000 Lbs.
Bid shall include the following:
1. Warranty Detail.
2. Manufacturers Sales Literature.
3. Delivery Date.
4. Payment Schedule.
5. A separate page detailing any items that do not meet minimum requirements.
