The Shepherdstown Town Council will conduct a public hearing at its regular monthly meeting of Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall (104 North King Street). The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed ordinance to enact a new section 2-414 of Title 2, Chapter 4 of the Codified Ordinances of the Corporation of Shepherdstown, relating to the assessment of a municipal court technology/maintenance fee. The proposed ordinance can be viewed at Town Hall (104 North King Street) and on the Town’s website at www.shepherdstown.us.
