REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Greenbrier Co. Solid Waste Authority is soliciting sealed bids for a metal building at Greenbrier Recycling Center, 450 Monroe Ave, Ronceverte, WV 24970 until 5:00 PM 11/08/2016.
Requirements as follows:
1. Approximately 136′ X 31′ metal building with 25′ minimum height clearance.
2. All materials, labor and installation required to complete project.
3. Concrete work for supports and an approximate 44′ X 40′ X 6″ slab.
4. ALL measurements and drawings are for reference only.
5. Bidders are responsible to inspect job site and get correct measurements.
6. Schedule an office visit for additional information and bid documents.
Bid shall include the following:
1. Detailed Specifications along with warranty detail.
2. Manufacturers Sales Literature.
3. Freight to jobsite.
4. Delivery Date.
5. Payment Schedule.
6. Contractors licensing and proof of in-surances.
7. Three References.
