ORDINANCE
Please take notice that during its regular meeting Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, First Floor, City County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV, the Wheeling City Council will conduct a public hearing and thereafter during the meeting consider for final vote:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEELING AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CABLE SYSTEM FRANCHISE RENEWAL AGREEMENT WITH COMCAST OF ILLINOIS/ WEST VIRGINIA, LLC.
Said proposed ordinance may be inspected by the public at the office of the City Clerk, Room 303, City-County Building; interested parties may appear at the above scheduled City Council meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
