Sonia D. Chambers and Marilyn G. White, Board Members of the West Virginia Health Care Authority, today announced that the Authority has received a Letter of Intent from Advantage Home Care, LLC, Clay County, CON File #17-3-10993-PC, for the provision of personal care services in Clay County. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $1,500.
Further information regarding the Letter of Intent, including the Certificate of Need application when submitted, is on the Authority’s website at www.hca.wv.gov.
