BEFORE THE COUNTY COMMISSION OF CLAY COUNTY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE SALE OF THE ASSETS OF QUEEN SHOALS PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT TO WEST VIRGINIA – AMERICAN WATER COMPANY AND THE DISSOLUTION OF THE QUEEN SHOALS PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT
Pursuant to West Virginia Code § 16-13A-18a Notice is hereby given that the County Commission of Clay County shall hold a public hearing regarding the sale of the assets of the Queen Shoals Public Service District and the dissolution of the District on the 8th day of March, 2017 at the hour of 9:45 a.m. at the County Commission’s Chambers, located at the Clay County Courthouse, 246 Main Street, Clay, West Virginia 25043.
The public is invited to attend this meeting and provide comments prior to any vote that may be taken by the County Commission regarding the above.
Any action taken by the Clay County Commission regarding this matter is subject to the approval of the Public Service Commission.
