Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of April, 2017, at 2:30 PM, on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, ROGER MCMILLION will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court granting the Infant Guardianship Petition,  at which time and place you may appear and be heard, if you so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
