NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
April 10, 2017
Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Com-mission will hold its regular monthly meeting on April 10, 2017 at 5:00 PM in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber located in Lewisburg City Hall, 942 W. Washington Street, to hear the following application:
Agenda:
1. Call to Order
2. Comments from the Public: (5 Minute limit.)
3. Approval of Minutes: March 13, 2017 minutes.
4. Public Hearing: Blackwell’s, 830 Jefferson Street South, change of lettering on the awning.
5. Public Hearing: Lewisburg Foundation, Courtney and Washington, installation of light on the eagle statue.
6. Public Hearing: GVRP Inc., 204 North Jefferson Street, new 48″ by 48″, Hill and Holler sign.
7. Public Hearing: GVRP Inc., 204 North Jefferson Street, barn expansion.
8. Public Hearing: Jody Wooten, Red Properties LLC., 410 East Washington Street, demolition of the back of the old college, Foster and Church Street.
9. Public Hearing: Don and Marit Withrow, 456 Foster Street, replace storm door, windows and replace awning, (white), install wood clapboard siding on all three gables and paint with matching color.
10. Public Hearing: GVT, (West Virginia Fine Artisans, Inc.), Washington Street, 29″ x 16″ gallery sign wood color and gold letters, using the original hanger.
