The undersigned Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in it by that certain Deed of Trust dated January 12, 1998, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Deed of Trust Book 396, at Page 667, Kenneth R. Bostic, Jr., Natasha R. Bostic, Kenneth R. Bostic, Sr. and Sarah Elizabeth Bostic, did convey unto David Hambrick and David Moore, Trustees, certain real property described in said Deed of Trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Pill & Pill, PLLC as Substitute Trustee by a Substitution of Trustee recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office; and default having been made under the aforementioned Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Substitute Trustee having been instructed by the secured party to foreclose thereunder, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Greenbrier County Court-house, in Lewisburg, West Virginia, on

The following described real estate, with its improvements, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the Falling Springs District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings thereon, and the easements, rights of way and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the Town of Falling Springs, Greenbrier County, West Virginias, and being Lot No. 5 and Lot No. 6 in the Town of Renick.
PARCEL NO. TWO:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings thereon, and the easements, rights of way and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the Town of Falling Springs, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, and being Lot No. One (1) of Block No. Four (4) and Six (6) feet of the lower side of Lot No. Two (2) of Block No. Four (4) , which said Six (6) feet adjoins the said Lot No. One (1), said lots being in Baylor’s plan of the Town of Falling Springs, together with all the improvements thereon situate and the appurtenances thereunto belonging.
It is believed that Parcel One is located on Axtell Avenue in Renick, WV. It is believed that Parcel Two is located at the interesection of Axtell Avenue and 4th Street in Renick, WV.
PARCEL ONE BEING the same real estate conveyed to Kenneth R. Bostic, Sr. and Sara Elizabeth Bostic by Deed dated March 17, 1997 in Deed Book 442, at Page 274.PARCEL TWO BEING the same real estate which was conveyed to Kenneth R. Bostic, Jr. and Natasha R. Bostic, by Deed dated June 24, 1997, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 444, at Page 635.
PLEASE NOTE: The Trustee herein reserves the right to sell the properties separately or as a group.
The above-described property will be sold subject to any covenants, restrictions, easements, leases and conditions of record, and subject to any unpaid real estate taxes.
The subject property will be sold in “AS IS” condition. The Substitute Trustee shall be under no duty to cause any existing tenant or person occupying the subject property to vacate said property.
TERMS: Ten percent (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of the purchase price as a cash deposit with the balance due and payable within 30 days of the day of sale.
