The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 330 Old Turnpike Road, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above-named respondent is wrongfully occupying such property as a tenant.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit that the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located.
It is ordered that Christopher Clark do serve upon Tomi Peck, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 16, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Christopher Clark at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
