NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 10th day of July, 2018, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing to reconsider the petition of Raymond and Patsy Gwinn for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a 9000 Square Foot Retail Store. The property is located at 6581 Coal River Road, Dry Creek, WV, Marsh Fork District, Tax Map 11, Parcel 13, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
