NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF
ZONING APPEALS OF THE
CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Beckley will hold a public hearing at 4:00 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, the 15th day of August, 2018 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley, on the petition of Sheila M. Hardaway-Cain owner of property located at 20 Bunting Lane (Tax Map 49A, Parcel 133.0) in the City of Beckley, or their agent, for a Conditional Use Permit – Bed & Breakfast in an R-1, One-Family District; and to appeal the decision by the City of Beckley Zoning Officer, Robert L. Cannon, advising the application for a Conditional Use Permit, as prescribed in the City of Beckley Zoning Ordinance, Section 15-8-(b)-(1).
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
