It appearing by Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, LISA SWICK HOLLEMAN, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, LISA SWICK HOLLEMAN, serve upon DAVID ATWELL SWICK JR, Petitioner, whose address is 2821 HORTON ROAD, BLUEFIELD, WEST VIRGINIA 24701, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before AUGUST 20, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
