The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 344 North Vance Drive, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above named respondent(s) is/are wrongfully occupying such property as tenant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant’s – the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located.
It is ordered that Elton Snowden and Tammy Green do serve upon Tomi Peck, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 23, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Elton Snowden and Tammy Green at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained form the undersigned Clerk at her office.
