NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION
Please take Notice that Lewis Nissan, assignee of United Bank, will hold a Public Auction to sell a 2016 Nissan Juke to satisfy an outstanding lien balance on the 7th day of August, 2018 at the address of Lewis Nissan, One Plaza Center, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia. The Auction will commence at 9:00 a.m. and continue until completed.
Interested bidders may inspect the vehicle prior to the sale at the location above of Lewis Nissan.
In the event no qualified bidder appears at the Auction Sale noticed above, or no reasonable bids are received, Lewis Nissan will sell or lease or license as applicable the described motor vehicle privately sometime on or after August 7, 2018.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale. The secured party reserves the right to provide additional terms of sale prior to any sale.
The sale may be continued from day to day or from time to time until the 2016 Nissan Juke has been sold or determined that it cannot be sold at this time. The sale may be continued from time to time only by oral proclamation made on date of sale.
