NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of August, 2018, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Woodlands Amenities, LLC for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for placement of a Timber Storage yard on property located at 849 Independence Road, Coal City, WV, formally Town District, Tax Map 37, part of Parcel 1, new parcel to be Slab Fork District, Tax Map 25, Parcel 9, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by August 13, 2018 will be considered.
