THE OBJECT OF THIS ACTION IS THE ADOPTION OF HARLEIGH FAITH KINCAID AND RYDER STEPHENSON AKERS
To the Above Named Respondents:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Petitioners, after due diligence, have been unable to obtain an address for the Respondents Stacey Kincaid and Christopher Calloway. Stacey Kincaid and Christopher Calloway are hereby ordered to attend a hearing in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County before the Honorable Andrew G. Dimlich at the following location: 222 Main Street, in the City of Beckley, in the State of West Virginia on the 18th day of September, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 a.m.. Further, notice is hereby given that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding, and that you may appear and defend any such rights within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these adoption proceedings.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
