ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for appraisal services for the Region 4 Planning and Development Council’s Southern West Virginia Bike Trail Network Project will be received by the Regional Council at 885 Broad Street, Suite 100, Summersville, West Virginia 26651 until 2:00 p.m. local time., Monday, September 10, 2018. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of this project will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-authorization by the West Virginia Department of Highways is a requirement.
Up to 25 (twenty-five) property appraisals and one (1) corridor appraisal could be required.

Respondents should indicate their ability to conduct corridor appraisals and quote their fee for this service separately if applicable. Ability to conduct corridor appraisals is not a requirement of the bid.
Appraisals must meet Uniform Relocation and Assistance Act requirements. Bids should be based on an estimated cost per appraisal with a not to exceed price.
Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders.
The Region 4 Planning and Development Council reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
