NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated August 28, 2015, executed by Steven c. Hunter and Beverly Amber Jean Wright, unto J. Michael Anderson, Trustee, of record in the Office of the clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 753 at Page 387, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on September 14, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to wit:
All of the following described real estate, together with the improvements thereon and easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Cabell Street and E. Street, in the Town of Rupert, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake on the corner of Cabell and E. Street, and running West 190 feet to a stake on corner of Cabell and the alley between D and E Street; thence with said alley 100 feet S to a stake, corner of lots 57 and 58; thence N E parallel with Cabell Street 190 feet to E. Street; thence with E Street 100 feet to the point of beginning, the boundary to be known as Lots 58 and 59 of the W.M. Hall division of the Town of Rupert, consisting of two lots 190 x 50 feet each.
And being the same property conveyed unto Steven C. Hunter and Beverly Amber Jean Wright, by deed dated August 28, 2015, from Carl Bryant and Kenneth F. Woolridge and Loeda Woolridge, his wife, recorded in the Office of the clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 575 at Page 857.
Referenced is hereby made to all prior instruments in the chain of title for all reservations, restrictions, limitations and easements and right-of-way affecting the property herein conveyed.
TERMS OF SALE: cash in hand paid on day of sale subject to all unpaid property taxes, restrictive covenants, reservations, and easements.
