The object of the above entitled action is to SECURE JUDGMENT AGAINST DEFENDANT WILLIAM HOLBERT IN THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY FIVE DOLLARS ($759), PLUS COURT COSTS INCURRED IN THE PROSECUTION OF THIS CASE AND FOR SUCH OTHER AND FURTHER RELIEF AS THE COURT MAY DEEM APPROPRIATE.
Ad it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that EVEN AFTER USING DUE DILIGENCE, THE PLAINTIFF WAS UNABLE TO DISCOVER THE RESIDENCE OR WHEREABOUTS OF THE DEFENDANT.
It is ordered that WILLIAM HOLBERT do serve upon RICHARD JONES, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 28, 2018, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against WILLIAM HOLBERT at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
