Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Beckley will hold a public hearing at 4:00 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, the 21st day of November, 2018 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley, on the petition of Shanice Holland owner of property located at 125 10th Street (Tax Map 3, Parcel 304) in the City of Beckley, or their agent, for a Conditional Use Permit – Child or Day Care Center in an R-3 Zone.
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
