The object of the above entitled action is a Partition by Sale of the real estate owned by the Estate of Norman Tiano or his heirs or assigns. It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that there may be respondents unknown to plaintiff and respondents whose whereabouts are unknown to the Petitioner. It is ORDERED that respondents, known and unknown, appear and serve upon Gavin Ward, counsel for plaintiff, whose address is 129 Main Street, Suite 302, West Virginia 25951, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before December 31, 2018, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office in Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
