NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated May 2, 2005, executed by Charles A. Burdette and Barbara A. Burdette, husband and wife, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 557 at Page 582, the makers of the note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on March 20, 2015, at 9:00 AM of that day at the front door of the courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit:
A certain tract or parcel of land situate on Little Sewell Mountain in Meadow Bluff District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a 3/4″ iron pipe set in the northern R/W of WV S L S Rte. No. 30/3, a corner to Tract 1, thence leaving Tract 1 and with the meanders of said R/W N 84° 54′ 25″ W 93.05 feet, thence S 88° 24′ 17″ W 75.54 feet, thence S 59° 09′ 03″ W 86.58 feet, thence S 44° 13′ 26″ W 94.49 feet, thence S 31° 22′ 51″ W 127.36 feet to a 3/4″ iron pipe set, a corner to H M Martin, thence leaving Rte. 30/3 and with said Martin N 20° 01′ 07″ W 1404.50 feet to a 66″ white oak found, thence continuing with said Martin N 39° 23′ 12″ W 514.45 feet to a 22″ chestnut oak found in the southern boundary line of J L Smith, thence leaving Martin and with said Smith N 68° 49′ 01″ E 451.45 feet to a 3/4″ iron pipe set, a corner to Lacy B Puckett, thence leaving Smith and with said Puckett S 39° 57′ 37″ E 385.52 feet to a 16″ locust stump found, a corner to Harold R Osborne, thence leaving Puckett and with said Osborne S 49° 00′ 06″ E 634.12 feet to a 3/4″ iron pipe set, a corner to Tract 1, thence leaving Osborne and with Tract 1 S 16° 40′ 17″ W 266.67 feet to a 18″ maple, thence continuing with said Tract 1 S 13° 44′ 08″ E 786.85 feet to the place of beginning and containing 20 743 acres, more or less, according to a survey made by N Eugene Kelly on December 21, 1990, and shown on plat entitled “Plat Showing the Property of George Cecil Martin”.
And being the same property conveyed to Charles A. Burdette, from George Cecil Martin and Dainie Martin, his wife, by deed dated the 23rd day of January 1991, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 405 at Page 393.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand paid on day of sale subject to all unpaid property taxes, restrictive covenants, reservations, and easements.
