The purpose of this action is to advise Johnathan Reed that a preliminary hearing is presently scheduled in regard to his biological children, A. B. and A. B., who are presently in the physical and legal custody of the  West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.
It appearing that the last known whereabouts of Johnathan Reed is in the Caldwell, West Virginia area, it is ORDERED that Johnathan Reed appear in the office of the Honorable Robert E. Richardson,  Judge of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, 200 North Court Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901, on Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at 1:30 PM of that day and object, or make other defense, to the preliminary hearing.
