The Housing Authority of the city of Weirton, West Virginia, will receive sealed bids for the CFP Modernization: Wyles Terrace Metal Roof Replacement at Overbrook Towers April 24th 2019 at 10:00AM, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained upon receipt from Weirton Housing Authority, 525 Cove Road, Weirton WV 26062 telephone (304) 797-8530 between 8:00 a-
m and 3:00pm, together with a NON REFUNDABLE charge in the amount of $25.00 made payable to the Weirton Housing Authority for only one set of documents.
A Prebid Conference will be held at 10:00am April 10th, 2019, at the Housing Authority of the City of Weirton Administrative offices at 525 Cove Road Weirton WV 26062. The scope and details of the proposed project work will be discussed. Attendance is recommended.
Attention is called to the provisions for equal opportunity. Permits, Licen-, ses, Workman Comp, Insurance and Liability to be presented and currently updated before project will be awarded.
