Proposal Advertisement
Sealed proposals will be received by the Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003 to optimize all scanned index & record book images for the purpose of web site viewing. Proposals will be reviewed based on proposed completion date, base project cost, additional hourly rates, additional scanning rates, customer references and the ability to match the desired specifications. Proposals will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Please mark your sealed envelope as “County Clerk Image Optimizing Proposal.”
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No vendor may withdraw their proposal within 60 days after closing time.
