AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Tunnel Ridge, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for Modification Permit for a coal mine located on 2596 Battle Run Rd., Tridelphia, in Ohio County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.118999, -80.587823
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 20.75 TPY of PM and 11.87 TPY of PM10.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about March day of 31, 2019. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
