Capstar TX, LLC, As Debtor In Possession hereby gives public notice that on June 3rd, 2019, it filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission seeking to renew its license to operate FM translator station W280EW, which is located at 40-03-41.0 N, 80-45-08.0 W and serves Wheeling, WV. The station operates on channel 280 at a power of 250 watts.
The station engages in the rebroadcasting of station WBBD, in Wheeling, WV, on frequency 103.9.
