The object of the above entitled action is to determine that the Last Will and Testament and Codicil of Helen J. Prince, deceased, have been lost or misplaced rather than having been revoked and that a conformed copies of Last Will and Testament and Codicil be recognized in lieu of the original documents and that the conformed copies be admitted to probate in the County Commission of Ohio County, West Virginia, as more particularly set forth in the Petition for Declaratory Judgment in this proceeding. And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the attorney for Petitioner has been unable to locate Respondents, Michael E. Prince and Samantha Prince Ward.
It is Ordered that Respondents, Michael E. Prince and Samantha Prince Ward, appear and serve upon Dennis J. McGlaughlin, II and Christina S. Terek, Petitioner’s attorneys, whose address is 1233 Main Street, Suite 4000, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003, an answer or other defense to the Petition for Declaratory Judgment filed in this action on or before 30 days from the date of first publication. Otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against said Respondents at any time thereafter.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located on the 4th Floor of the Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia.
