The City of Wheeling is accepting sealed bids for Wheeling 11th Street Plaza. Receipt deadline is 2:00 PM July 9, 2019 in the City Manager’s Office, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. There is a mandatory pre- bid meeting scheduled on June 19, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the project site. Detailed bid documents and information including the required Minority Business Enterprise Policy is available at the City Engineer’s Office, the Ohio Valley Construction Employers Council (304) 242-0520, and
www.wheelingwv.gov.
Bidding documents may be obtained only upon payment of $100 to the City of Wheeling for each set obtained from the office of the City Engineer. This deposit is non – refundable. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
