INVITATION FOR
COMMENT
On June 4, 2019, the Public Service Commission of West Virginia (Commission) opened a general investigation for consideration of comments and recommendations about the adoption and implementation of the Pole Attachment Act, 47 U.S.C. Section 224, and attendant FCC regulations, 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1401-1.1425. and the Federal Communication Commission formal complaint procedures regarding pole attachments as required by W.Va. Code Section 31G-4-4. The Commission also established a period for interested parties to submit written comments and recommendations. Interested parties should submit written comments to the Executive Secratary of the Commission, at P.O. Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323. Initial comments are due by July 5, 2019, and reply comments are due by July 15, 2019. Interested parties may review the order instituting the rulemaking online at
