NEC Phone System
Upgrade
PURPOSE
Ohio County Schools is seeking proposals pertinent to the upgrading of our NEC SV8100 phone system to the NEC SV9100 phone system, utilizing NEC’s promotional Upgrade Pricing.
Criteria for Vendor
Selection
Factors in the determination of the winning bid will include, but are not limited to, the following:
cost, service, features met or exceeded, vendor track record, program flexibility, value added offerings, and ability to deliver within specified time period.
Ohio County Schools reserves the right to
*Reject any or all offers and discontinue this RFP process without obligation or liability to any potential vendor;
*Award contract on other factors rather than the lowest price offered;
*Award a contract on the basis of initial offers received, without discussions or request for best and final offers;
*To not select any vendor or purchase any goods and services resulting from this RFP

Due Dates
*All proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM EST on June 20, 2019.
*Any proposal received after this time and date will not be evaluated for award.
*Please note that electronic proposals by email are preferred but are not required.
*Electronic proposals should be submitted by June 20, 2019, prior to 10:00 AM. Feel free to send a follow-up email to check that proposal has been received. You may also call 304-243-0448 to confirm receipt of the proposal. Confirmation is the responsibility of the vendor.
*No proposals will be reviewed prior to 10:00 AM on June 20, 2019.
**This RFP/Project may be cancelled at any time due to lack of funding.
