The object of the above entitled action is to retain possession of property at 111 Sycamore Street, Ansted, WV 25812. Property was foreclosed on by Pioneer Community Bank.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that due diligence has been made to locate defendant, Linda Hope Meador.
Therefore, it is ordered that Linda Hope Meador do serve upon Samuel Parsons, magistrate, whose address is 100 Church Street, Suite 3, Fayetteville, WV 25840, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 7, 2019, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Linda Hope Meador at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
