NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 9th day of July, 2019, in the Raleigh County Commission courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Jimmy and Loretta Harrah for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Second Residence on property located at 151 Old School Road, Pemberton, WV, Town District, Tax Map 35, Parcel 22.1, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by July 8, 2019 will be considered.
