IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 19-CJA-19/20 TIFFANY THOMPSON, biological mother of infants S.T., whose date of birth is January 31, 2013 and J.T., whose date of birth is March 22, 2018 and UNKNOWN FATHER of infants S.T., whose date of birth is January 31, 2013 and J.T., whose date of birth is March 22, 2018. Natural children of TIFFANY THOMPSON.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of UNKNOWN FATHER of infants S.T., whose date of birth is January 31, 2013 and J.T., whose date of birth is March 22, 2018.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER, has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants S.T., whose date of birth is January 31, 2013 and J.T., whose date of birth is March 22, 2018. It is ORDERED that the UNKNOWN FATHER is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and he is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 25th day of July, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. for an Adjudicatory and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, parental rights of UNKNOWN FATHER of infants S.T., whose date of birth is January 31, 2013 and J.T., whose date of birth is March 22, 2018, may be terminated.
