REPLACEMENT
Sealed bids for the Chiller Replacement on the West Liberty University Bonar Hall building will be received by West Liberty University, 208 University Dr. West Liberty, WV 26074, until 3:00 PM on July 15th, 2019. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the same time.

Work to be Performed:
Remove & dispose of existing chiller for Bonar Hall
Installation of structural steel to mount new unit
Installation of new air-cooled chiller unit
Installation of new electrical 120v heat trace circuits
Installation of new piping, valves, strainer and water temperature sensor
Installation of insulation on new piping
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
