Please take notice that on the 18th day of July, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Dennis Madama, AIA, 40th and McColloch St. Variance from schedule 6-A: to reduce the front yard setback in the I-2 Zone from 30′ to 10′. Purpose of request: Construct new building.
The property is described as follows:
Lots 13 thru & 16 of square 36 in Ritchie and Sprigg’s addition to the City of Wheeling including the recently abandoned right of way recorded in deed book 629 page 936 in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office.
More commonly known as 40th and McColloch St.
