A Conventionally Built Structure between two Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)
The two level conventional structure has a first level at 41,618 SF (including entry canopy) and mezzanine level of 9900 SF. The two PEMB are 42,607 SF and 87,680 SF
A satisfactory bid bond in the amount of five percent (5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of each bid is required. Plans and specifications may be viewed at the following:

Copies of plans, specifications and proposal forms can be obtained from the Architect, Mills Group, 53 Fourteenth Street, Suite 607 Wheeling, WV 26003, 304-233-0048 or by contacting OCDA at its main office, or by calling 304-234-3893. A $25.00 non-refundable charge is required for drawings and specs on compact disc.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 2:00 PM/EST at The Highlands Event Center, 355 Wharton Circle, Suite 235, Triadelphia, WV 26059.
Bids are to be sealed and addressed to Ohio County Development Authority, 546 Cabela Drive, Triadelphia, WV 26059 and noted on the envelope as a bid for: The Highlands Sports Complex, OCDA Project #: TC999-0009: CBA Bid Package H – Painting & Wallcovering
Any Bid withdraw shall be governed by WV Code 5-22-2.
OCDA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its sole discretion. The OCDA reserves the right to defer, delay or postpone the date for receiving and opening proposals. Also the OCDA reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest qualified responsible bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Project. The OCDA further reserves the right to waive any informality in a bid or reject such an informal bid if it is to their advantage to do so.
