REQUESTS FOR
PROPOSALS
CAD AND GIS SYSTEM
Sealed proposals will be received by The Ohio County Commission at its office in the City/County Building, Room 215, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 until Thursday, August 1st, 2019 at 3:00 pm, and said proposals will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project: OHIO COUNTY 9-1-1 CAD AND GIS SYSTEM. The vendor will provide a fully integrated single source solution; including service, training and maintenance. The system will use state of-of-the-art technology. No part of the proposed operating system will be in testing mode, all components shall be fully functional.

Proposals are to be sealed and addressed to Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003 and noted on the envelope as a PROPOSAL FOR CAD AND GIS SYSTEM.
The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals. The Commission reserves the right to defer, delay or postpone the date for receiving and opening proposals. The Commission reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsible vendor if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Project. The Commission further reserves the right to waive any informality in a proposal or reject such an informal proposal if it is to their advantage to do so.
