Notice of Application
Notice is given that Wiliams Ohio Valley Midstream LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G35-D General Permit Registration for the Tompkins Central Delivery Point (TCDP) to be located on the east side of Blairs Ridge Rd (Co Hwy 40), approximately 4.2 miles east-southeast of Moundsville in Marshall County, West Virginia.
The latitude and longitude coordinates are 39.89833″N and -80.65356″W, respectively.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following regulated air pollutants will be:
— tons of nitrogen oxides per year
— tons of carbon monoxide per year
38.62 tons of volatile organic compounds per year
— tons of particulate matter per year
— tons of sulfur dioxide per year
2.27 tons of total hazardous air pollutants per year 1,931 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per year
Startup of operations is planned to begin in September 2019.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
